Sustainable Development

Environmental Policy

We adhere to the principle of "Prevention First, Mitigation First, Monitoring as Proof, Restoration with Responsibility", protect water, air, soil and ecosystems, and minimize the impact of greenhouse gases and noise. All environmental management activities follow legal permits and IRMA requirements.

Water Resources Management

Establish water withdrawal and discharge balance and maintain water withdrawal and discharge compliance, and continuously monitorsurface/groundwater quality and water level. If any abnormality is found, early warning, investigation and corrective measures will be implemented in time.

Tailings And Waste

Tailings facilities shall be designed and operated in compliance with regulations, equipped with monitoring, drainage, seepage control, and alarm systems. General and hazardous wastes shall be temporarily stored separately, recorded in inventory logs, and handed over to qualified entities for proper disposal.

Air And Dust

Implement dust suppression and ventilation control measures in crushing, loading, road and other links, and evaluate the effect through online or regular monitoring. If necessary, adjust the process and operation rhythm to meet the standards.

Noise And Vibration

Optimize equipment and operating hours, conduct perimeter monitoring and inform potentially affected communities in advance. Vibration reduction and notification procedures are used for special operations such as blasting.

Biodiversity

Carry out ecological survey and avoid sensitive habitat before construction to reduce the impact of land occupation and fragmentation. Phased reclamation was implemented, with priority given to the use of native species to restore ecological functions.

Climate Action

We will promote energy efficiency and fuel consumption management, and establish boundaries and baselines for greenhouse gas accounting. Develop mitigation and alternative options for major emission sources and assess the impact of extreme weather on operations.

Emergency Response And Rehabilitation

Develop and drill environmental and industrial emergency plans covering scenarios such as spills, extreme weather, and tailings-related incidents. Implement a “progressive reclamation” approach during operations, and continuously update closure and financial assurance strategies.

What We Disclose

A summary of the main monitoring results of water, gas, noise and ecology, an overview of the safety status of tailings, major environmental events and corrections, and annual targets and progress are made public. See "Policies and Reports" for details.
