On December 18, KMC held its annual work conference and outstanding employee recognition ceremony. Attendees included Mr. Ye Jianguo, General Manager of KMC; Mr. Zhang Jun, Production Director; Mr. Liu Qingyun, Construction Director; and over 160 members of the Chinese and Zimbabwean management teams. Also present were Mr. Zhang Qiao, Deputy General Manager of Ruilong Company, and the Kamativi Project Department management team members, Ren Ningning and Lai Jun.

The conference commenced with the national anthem of Zimbabwe, creating a solemn yet vibrant atmosphere. Representatives from the Workers' Committee, Safety Production Department, ESG Management Department, and General Administration Department delivered detailed reports on their respective areas, sharing achievements and challenges from the past year. Samuel, Chairman of the Workers' Committee, emphasized the importance of the Workers' Committee in the company's production and operations. He expressed gratitude to KMC management for providing a friendly and constructive platform to address issues and acknowledged the progress made in improving employee welfare and working conditions. Following this, representatives actively offered suggestions and recommendations for the company's future development.

General Manager Ye Jianguo delivered a concluding report, highlighting the hard work and dedication of the KMC project team over the past year. He noted the successful achievement of key milestones, including the meeting production standards of the first production line and the successful commissioning of the second production line. These accomplishments have made significant contributions to the company's overall performance, marking an important step forward in expanding production capacity and enhancing market competitiveness. Looking ahead, KMC will continue to focus on corporate social responsibility, technological innovation, and team building to achieve higher production efficiency and better economic outcomes.
