The first Saturday of December each year marks Arbor Day in Zimbabwe. The ESG Management Department of KMC organized the company's first tree-planting event, involving employees from KMC, Ruilong, community councilors, schools, and local farmers. A total of 280 saplings were transplanted and donated during the event.

This tree-planting initiative not only contributed to environmental protection in the community but also strengthened the bond between the company and the local residents. It demonstrated KMC's commitment to being a responsible mining enterprise.
