Kamativi Mining Company (Private) Limited (" KMC ") is a joint venture jointly held by Sichuan PD Technology Group Company Limited and Kamativi Tin Mines (Private) Limited of Zimbabwe. Among them, Sichuan PD Technology Group Company Limited is a subsidiary of Sichuan Yahua Industrial Group Co., Ltd., a listed company in the PRC, and Kamativi Tin Mines (Private) Limited is a subsidiary of Defold Mine (Private) Limited of Zimbabwe.

On November 30, local time, the Yahua KMC basketball team was invited to participate in the 4th Zimbabwe Chinese Enterprise Chamber of Commerce Basketball League.
